LiCONiC was a Gold Sponsor of the 7th National Biobank Symposium that was once again organized and hosted by the Technology and Methodology Platform for Networked Medical Research (TMF e.V.) together with the German Biobank Node (GBN).
On the way to "Digital Health", human biobanks are focusing on new “omics-technologies” and the use of innovative human medical model approaches. This concerns both the storage and processing of material samples as well as the processes of IT networking and data integration/interoperability. "Fit for purpose" was the motto of this year's symposium, which sheds light on the new requirements from different perspectives, which are placed on modern biobanks. This motto perfectly fits to LiCONiC’s business philosophy of individual attention paid to distinct needs of each and every customer and his endeavor. The Symposium gave us a chance to contact end-users and decision makers and have a lot of fruitful discussions that will influence development of our offering and service.
